Should have halal chicken at least and done training to change the gloves before preparing each order. Girl on the counter was making sandwiches, cutting bread and working on the till but didn’t bothered to change her gloves even once.

Went in yesterday and asked what the Sub of the Day was – was told they don’t do that, only the saver menu. I ordered the £2.99 ham sub, added a bit of lettuce and onion, and was then asked if I wanted to make it a deal for £3.99. I agreed, only to be charged £6.39. When I questioned this, I was told it was because I added salad – despite me clearly saying I wanted a saver sub. Felt misled and overcharged. It’s only a few pounds, but it’s the principle. Won’t be back.

The food here is solid, but the staff definitely needs some proper training. It’s disappointing to see eye-rolling when hard-of-hearing customers ask for something to be repeated. Basic respect and patience should be part of the service, don’t you think? I don’t usually leave reviews but it honestly ruined my entire day. If you're having a day out near here, just go literally anywhere else, you're less likely to get humiliated.
