Aileen was a great facilitator and it was an interesting class. It was insightful for me and my two friends who became aware of how inhibited we can feel as adults and when able to move beyond that, we enjoyed the benefit of laughter today.

Stayed there for the hotel at the hotel argyl and this was their breakfast restaurant🥞 Was okay in terms of if food and rooms wise for the city centre at £85 at the time in mid week was pretty cheap if you ask me . Star was the the pan cake for breakfast in the morning. That was brilliant. Not sure what’s the lunch and dinner would be like but would love to fine out at some point.
