Firstly the food all tasted lovely however I knocked two stars off the food due to the amount of fat on the brisket dish I ordered. The attached photo shows the fat pieces I removed from my dish. Date of meal was Saturday 23rd August.

All good, but the 12.5% service charge is gratuitous. Edit: Just realised it's a 'discretionary' charge, which can be removed upon request. Wish I'd known this at the time... The food was nice and the service perfectly fine, but still... 12.5%? That's a bit much...
