The place is filthy, 70% of the tables were covered in rubbish for over an hour, and the wait time was horrendous – over 40 minutes to get my meal. It was understaffed and unhygienic.

Holly Molly, this place is truly bad. Tables and floor dirty, as in disgustingly. There is one single guy trying his hardest to keep the place clean, but failing. Porbably the clientele is rowdier than most... Also, ordering on the kiosk does not make any sense as there are NO table tents, you have to be vigilant to get your order... Being an American, the colonel is rolling in his grave.
