My best friend and I went into Starbucks around 18:25 yesterday (Monday the 9th of June) because we were waiting on a breakdown recovery coming to come and pick us up from the b&q carpark and we were cold and thirsty and needed to use the bathroom. When we ordered our drinks to the two women working (I’m so sorry I didn’t get their names) I explained our situation and that they weren’t due for another hour or so and asked if they could fill up my hot water bottle which they very kindly did and told us to wait there until the recovery truck arrived instead of going back to the car. I just wanted to praise and thank the two women for their kindness and their customer service as they made us feel more comfortable. Luckily only 10-15 mins later I got a phone call that the recovery truck had arrived early so I thanked the ladies to which one of wished us good luck!
