Ellie, Ellis, and Lucy were absolutely outstanding! My wife and I were in Edinburgh for a few days and stayed at the Caledonian. I am a fan of scotch and Ellie was very generous in sharing her knowledge the first couple nights we were here, and Ellis and Lucy were outstanding hosts our final night, Ellis sharing a lot of history about the various distilleries. Overall, one of the biggest highlights of our trip to Edinburgh! We sincerely appreciate the hospitality and highly recommend the Caley Bar based off our experience with Ellie, Ellis, and Lucy! It was a great experience all around. Thank you.

Very nearly a hidden gem in central Edinburgh. Wonderful staff who made it a special experience, great drinks, nice ambience. Yes possibly a bit more expensive than some places, but so what, worth it

Super cute bar in a wonderful part of Edinburgh! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about alcohol and unique drinks. They were very informative and made custom drinks based our individual palettes. This bar is worth a visit for the the staff alone!
