Hidden gem of Edinburgh!! Encore is the best spot for high end cocktails, hands down. Very affordable cocktails in a fancy yet sexy atmosphere. The vibe is exactly what you would expect from a high-end place, but honestly the drinks are underpriced. Absolutely no complaints, our party of three went two nights in a row. Give it a chance before it fills up! Shoutout to Hamish for his top-tier service and making our entire trip!!

The drinks are strong and delicious and the bar is beautifully designed, the bartender/waiter who served us was very kind and helpful. However, what really bugged me were the tables left dirty and the cleaning buckets left on the bar despite it being very empty, in my opinion it ruined the view of the gorgeous interior. Our waiter's colleague was sat at the bar chatting to a friend who was passing by instead of taking care of this. The service does not match a bar of such price.
