An absolutely incredible historic site that it is great to see the amount of effort that is going into preserving it, Lucy gave an absolutely fantastic tour giving a great insight into the Darymple family and her passion for the history comes across very clearly.

It is an absolutely fantastic place. We went with our children and granddaughter to the outdoor market and play area, which is quite extensive and includes walkways, paths and tunnels. She is six and loved it. They have a huge outdoor and indoor cafe, which is very expensive but okay, and the parking is plentiful. We were blessed with brilliant weather, but we would return regardless.
