Uur voordat het restaurant open ging een reservering gemaakt. Vervolgens rond de gereserveerde tijd nog heel even wachten maar kregen een drankje. Menu is simpel, eten wat de pot schaft, lekkere steak dus. Bediening was aardig, eten was goed. Aanrader om een drankje in de rij te doen voordat je gaat reserveren, dat maakt het gezellig.

Es un poco odisea el comer un pintxo de su conocida tortilla. Pasé de casualidad a las 10:45 y me animé a hacer cola creyendo que abrían a las 11. Pues no, a las 11:45 te apuntan el nombre y lo que quieres. Justo llegué al último pintxo... vale... hasta las 12:45 no abren y te van poniendo por donde hay hueco, ya que dentro es en barra o mesita de pie u otra de 6 u 8 personas... Justo quedaba mi último pintxo y era un poco ridículo y al final el camarero le dijo que me lo pusiera entero, que lo merecía y me lo pusiera todo. Mereció la pena pasarme la mañana en una cola para comerla. Ya he estado veces en Donosti, así que ya tenía todo medio visto y pude permitirme el esperar. La sensación al entrar es la mezcla de tortilla y txuleta.... madre mía. Tortilla jugosa, en su punto de sal....Y recomendable el tomate. Por cierto, txakolí (muy rico también)y pintxo 5,80... También a destacar el buen ambiente y servicio de los camareros...Volveré....
