This must be the first sub-terrainian Pizza Hut I've ever been to, having to go downstairs with a loose handrail to to a basement level restaurant did not fill me with confidence. Service was very lacklustre with one female staff member actually handing the food we ordered to us over the railing rather than walk around and bring the food to us properly. If she had dropped it then I shudder to think what would have happened. I also ordered the loaded cheesy bites with bacon but was told this was unavailable but I could get garlic bread slices with the cheese and bacon on the top. Slices arrived but with sliced ham on and not the bacon that I was told would be coming. And at no point did any staff member come to our table and ask if everything was alright. All the time I was there there was one family and one gentleman on his own who when he left the table he had been sat at was full of used plates and glasses with the staff in no rush whatsoever to get removed and the table cleaned. And the toilets? They could certainly have used some love which was very lacking when I used them. I have used many Pizza Hut restaurants and the one in Cardiff was by far the least enjoyable experience.

El buffet genial, mucha variedad y cantidad de todo. El servicio un poco insuficiente, el trato no es bueno y en el local hace un frio innecesario. El local es amplio y grande. Las pizzas de varios sobares y lo mejor la parte del helado.

We came in for my birthday and was served by Mia V. We already knew we would have good service as she has served us before. She was so kind and welcoming. She deserves a raise.
