The Joe's Icecream shop ,Wellfield Road,is not serving any hot drink after 5pm.. Saying they close coffee machines ,tea and hot chocolate at 5 pm...so they need 2 hours to clean them???And also the tables outside are always dirty and bin overflowing. This with 4 stuff members in ...and no customers.
