Tresor is a world-renowned techno club, not only famous in Germany but all over the globe. It was opened in 1991 on the site of a demolished building that once served as the vault for a major department store. That's why the club was named Tresor, which means "safe" in German. It also became famous thanks to its own record label, Tresor Records.

Due to legal disputes over the land, the club was closed in 2005 but reopened a few months later. This establishment has not lost its fame, as there are still many who wish to visit. There is no specific dress code required, allowing anyone to come in whatever outfit they feel comfortable in. The prices here are affordable for all visitors.

The Tresor hall is dimly lit. The club's staff is very friendly and welcoming. However, for inappropriate behavior, bouncers may throw out visitors.
