Visited yesterday and it was such an experience!! To walk through a house and see how people lived before us, it was incredibly immersive. They also had a little Jane Austen exhibition, which I feel was fairly priced at 2.50 pounds extra on top of the Royal Crescent museum, as it was just a couple of rooms (notably, the Sandton manuscript, two letters to her brother about their father's passing, some first editions, and costumes from Persuasion). I wouldn't recommend buying the single ticket for the Jane Austen exhibition. The girl at the till was absolutely lovely, kindly explained the pricing and differences between the museum and exhibition, and even chatted a bit with me as we were walking out. So sad I didn't get her name or I would have shouted her out in this review!! My only complaint with the house would be that the route is a bit confusing to follow (as you sometimes have to retrace your steps) and the sensors for the speakers didn't always work, giving us an incomplete experience, as the museum created a little narrative about a fictional family living in the house, whose stories you hear as you walk into each room (plus, some nice tidbits of storytelling like a letter in a fireplace!!).

Very pretty sight. I would recommend accessing it from the lower side.
