This amazing restaurant is located in a former greenhouse, built in 1926. Today, "De Kas" is one of the most successful restaurants in Amsterdam. Amazing experience and it is an experience. Fantastic food, absolutely amazing service, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is beautiful. It will take you three to four hours for the whole meal, but in that time you will feel well cared for. We had 13 or 14 individual dishes, and while it was a bit pricey, it was worth every euro. We are already making plans for when we can come back. I can't say enough good things, so I'll end with this... If you are debating about trying this out or not, I'll make the decision easy. Go for it, relax and enjoy the experience.

De Kas is a stunning greenhouse restaurant with a calm, elegant atmosphere. Our host Rachel provided warm, attentive service. The fresh, seasonal vegetable dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. Great vegetarian options and excellent local wines. Highly recommended for creative cuisine in a relaxed setting.
