The food was flavorful and delicious. We arrived early at 17:00 to enjoy the complimentary guac & chips. The cocktails are top tier.

Madre on Westerstraat is a very pleasant restaurant with a lovely concept. The menu consists almost entirely of vegetarian tapas, which are perfect for sharing and trying a variety of flavors. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and inviting, making it a great place to relax. What really stands out is the service—the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall great experience. If you're looking for delicious vegetarian food in a pleasant setting, I highly recommend a visit to Madre.

We had the Chefs Choice and it was a fantastic experience. The atmosphere and service was excellent. The food was flavoured and cooked beautifully. If you’re a vegan in Amsterdam 10/10 would recommend.
