Bar "Door 74" is a hidden gem in the very heart of Amsterdam. Finding the entrance to "Door 74" might take some effort, as there are no signs, just a door you need to ring. But once you step inside, you'll instantly be immersed in the ambiance of old New York or Paris bars from the 1920s. The staff here are experts in their craft. They will be more than happy to serve you unforgettable and, believe me, the best cocktails in the city. Another highlight of this bar is its unique atmosphere: dim lighting, stylish music, interesting people, excellent service, and, of course, delicious drinks.

Quite literally the best cocktail I’ve ever had. Not sure the name but I want to say it was the blackbeards treasure drink. The menu has a cool theme and this place has the perfect atmosphere for a romantic evening. Drinks are quite expensive but we thought it was worth it.

Small and intimate speakeasy bar. Once you find the door you ring the bell to be let in! Staff very friendly and talked us through the menu. A wide range of speciality cocktails available. I do prefer to see the glasses on the menu as it’s very hard to tell sometimes whether you are getting a long or short cocktail. I am not a fan of long drinks full of ice. Great to try new cocktails and we had a couple each. Seating and tables in the booths could do with a revamp and when I went to the toilet my shoes were sticking to the floor! Nice experience though.
