Carpaccio van gekookt varkens vlees is geen carpaccio (en het was érg zout) Spareribs waren churasco van varkensvlees en ranzig. Ossestaart was oké. Het goede was een vriendelijke bediening. Ik moet toegeven dat we er in augustus waren dus misschien niet de drukste tijd van het jaar en daarom mindere kwaliteit??
