El pasado 31 de diciembre a las 13:00h su establecimiento se negó a permitir que mi madre de 95 años se sentara diez minutos para tomarse un café porque “había que montar las mesas para comer”. Le explicamos claramente que solo estaríamos unos minutos, que mi madre es muy mayor y no puede permanecer de pie, y aun así el camarero se negó sin la más mínima empatía, educación ni voluntad de buscar una solución. Me parece indignante y muy revelador del tipo de personas que gestionan un negocio que en fechas como Navidad y Nochevieja se trate así a una anciana. Me pregunto sinceramente si ustedes permitirían que su propia madre o su abuela fuera tratada de esa manera. Por supuesto, no volveré jamás a su bar ni lo recomendaré a nadie, y contaré esta experiencia para que otras personas sepan cómo se trata allí a los mayores. Ojalá reflexionen sobre lo ocurrido, porque lo que faltó ese día no fue tiempo ni espacio: fue humanidad.
