Comimos en El Sótanillo durante nuestra visita a Cuenca y la experiencia fue una auténtica delicia. Probamos el ajoarriero y el morteruelo, dos platos típicos de la zona, y estaban espectaculares: sabrosos, caseros y con ese punto justo que se nota cuando se cocina con cariño. El trato fue excelente. El camarero; Aaron, además de ser muy amable, fue servicial y detallista, cuidando cada detalle sin agobiar, algo que se agradece muchísimo. Un sitio con encanto, bien ubicado y con un ambiente tranquilo. Sin duda, para repetir y recomendar. Gracias
