Great coffe, they had two roasts a dark and a medium. We had a flat white and one Americano, really enjoyed it. Nice small specialty coffee shop.

I finally found the coffee I’ve been looking for for months here in Cork. I had already given up on finding it, but this is definitely the place for specialty coffee in Cork, with different aromas and tasting profiles. If you’re a true coffee enthusiast, give it a try. Ethan, the barista, gave us excellent service and recommended the best brewing method for the coffee I chose. I should also mention a small detail that not everyone notices, but as someone who’s always looking for great coffee spots, I did — he rinsed the paper filter with hot water first to remove any residual taste. It’s such a basic step, yet so many places skip it. For those wondering, they serve coffee using V60, Aeropress, French Press, and Clever. I’d also recommend trying their other café as well, since this one is quite small with only one barista working. That being said, it didn’t affect the service at all — while preparing my coffee, he also made other espressos with impressive speed.
