I don't understand why upstairs is much more expensive than upstairs

Lovely food can’t fault it, ordered the roast of the day and a pizza. Excellent drink prices. My only issue with this place is the lack of organisation. From walking in the front door there was no one available to seat anyone that had a booking, we had to walk around the bar to find someone and ask them. Got seated and was given no food menus, again we had to go find someone to ask for menus after sitting for 20 mins and no one came over. I presumed we would automatically get food menus as when booking a reservation it says you have to order food. We weren’t waiting long for food but when we got it we had to ask for cutlery as none was given. A great bar but not sure they are equipped to handle busy days. The smallest of things make a huge difference to overall experience.
