The manager missed a part of my order. When discovered I asked for it again and paid. She told me bluntly I hadn't ordered it. That I had was made very clearly. No need to say anything since I wasn't upset or pointing the finger. Perhaps because she was foreign she felt confrontational. The role I had was tasty and could feed two easily.
