I live quite near to the Reel in Blackpool and it's my favourite cinema in Cork. The prices are slightly cheaper than elsewhere, the screens are impressive, and the staff are always very good. I think some of it could use an upgrade - the stairs coming in look a bit battered - but otherwise there's nothing to complain about.

Went here maybe a few months ago I don't remember what movie I watched. The seats here are pretty decent but they don't recline but they aren't stiff or super straight and I would say their pretty comfy. The quality is great which I expect from every cinema I go to since I absolutely adore movies. Also the options for your snacks are wide there's even a pick and mix which is awesome and their popcorn tastes nice since there a perfect amount of butter not too much not too little. There is one issue and that's when kids come in maybe age 10-13 it's pretty easy for them to lie about their age to see a 15+ movie or something but it's not really something I should be concerned about because the staff don't seem too bothered about it. There's a wide range of movies you can choose which is definitely the most important part about the cinema. Definitely deserves a 4 stars and I'll be coming back here to see if my rating could be changed next time.
