El servicio resultó sumamente deficiente y poco profesional. Éramos un grupo de nueve personas y, a pesar de haber realizado una reserva con dos meses de antelación, nos separaron en dos mesas distintas. Ante nuestra solicitud, realizada con total corrección, de ser ubicados en mesas contiguas, se nos respondió de manera tajante que no era posible, argumentando que estaban reservadas. La atención evidenció un trato marcadamente elitista, priorizando claramente a otros clientes por encima de nuestra reserva. Esta falta de consideración y profesionalismo es inaceptable. No volveremos a este establecimiento y desaconsejaré su visita; existen opciones mucho más serias y recomendables en el centro, como el Bar Cosmopolitan o la Taberna Deanes.
