Fui a Cafetería Benítez por recomendación para probar los caracoles chicos… y la verdad es que superaron todas mis expectativas. El caldo estaba limpísimo y lleno de sabor, y los caracoles, igual de limpios y con un gusto exquisito. Se nota el mimo con el que los preparan. Me gustaron tanto que me comí ¡7 tazas! Y paré solo por no pasarme. Sin duda, de los mejores caracoles que he probado. Repetiré sin pensarlo.

Este local tendría que cerrar, esta muy muy sucio todo, insectos muertos por todos los sitios (sobre todo en el baño), solo pedí un té que no me tomé. El menaje estaba sucio, el agua tenía trocitos pequeños negros, y el paquete de la bolsita de té lleno de defecaciones o de ratón o no se que otro animal. No se debería permitir esto en la hostelería.
