About

Parroquia San Hipolito in Córdoba offers a captivating blend of history and architectural beauty. Visitors are drawn to its vibrant stained glass windows and the esteemed tombs of Fernando IV and Alfonso XI. The church features an impressive entrance accessible to all, welcoming everyone into a sanctuary of ornate details. Its ocre, terracotta, and grey organ harmoniously complements the revered chapel of the Virgen del Pilar. The exterior of the church is equally compelling, from the intricately adorned portal featuring San Hipólito to the stately rectangular bell tower. Founded by Alfonso XI to celebrate the victory at the Battle of Salado, this church stands as a testament to history, elegantly bridging the centuries from its origins in the 14th century to its completion in the 18th century.

Que siempre he ido a sacarle y visitarlo.
