Al verla me puse a pensar si por el país habrá algo similar no se , por decir algo una calle Paella valenciana o calle churros o tortilla de patata, todo pudiera ser .En este caso la receta es la básica ya que ,ahora , de va fomentando el salmorejo con " variedades".
