Top 5 best restaurant experience ever. From the moment we arrived until we left the after-dinner lounge it was a perfect evening. Mads and the team are highly skilled at translating the Japanese kitchen to a Nordic context, and we were surprised and awed by the new and unique taste, flavour and texture we got to experience throughout the meal. A must visit and we are sure to be back.

En helt igennem fantastisk oplevelse! Det var en meget intim madoplevelse, og en fantastisk måde at få Sushi på en helt simpelt og samtidig ekstraordinær måde. Det var tydeligt at alle der arbejdede der, lige fra kokken der stod og lavede nigiri, til ham der præsenterede Sake, var dybt professionelle, og der var en dejlig afslappet atmosfære samtidig med at alt kørte som en velsmurt maskine, man ellers kun ser på en Japansk bilfabrik. Der er ikke noget at sætte en finger på hos Sushi Anaba, det er rent ud sagt en gennemført oplevelse som man bør unde sig selv, hvis man kan lide Sushi! Det er i hvert fald ikke sidste gang vi skal derhen.
