The best pizza in the world! ⭐️ Every time we go to Copenhagen, our first program is to visiting Surt, because it's a one of a kind experience. They make the best sourdough pizza, what we have ever tasted in their own wood fired oven. You can see every step of the preparation from your table and the flames are mesmerizing! 🔥 Trying out the famous Hindsholm pizza is definitely a must, but do not skip the other dishes as well, because they are not just tasty and look beautiful, but you will feel the flavour of Sicily in every single bite. Great wines and great cocktails too. 🍷 Book in advance and have a very special night thanks to the amazing staff there. 🙏

The pizza was a bit too burnt which was ruining the taste of other flavors. Quality of food was good but overpriced, especially the extra charge for small portion of olive oil. Service was pleasant but chaotic, also the waiting time for tiramisu was surprisingly long.

Pizza is really good. Be prepared about their serving policy. One pizza at at time, sliced in 6. So it arrives perfectly done.
