We had a wonderful meal with you, and our trainee hostess did an absolutely excellent job. Unfortunately, the additional dishes we ordered were not served alongside the main course, but only after we had already finished our meal. The manager explained that the hostess was still in training and that mistakes are human. While I fully agree that our trainee hostess did her work very well, I do not share the same view regarding the responsibility. The issue was not with her performance, but rather with the manager, who seemed more occupied with other matters than with properly guiding and supporting her. Unfortunately, he was unwilling to listen to this feedback, which in my view reflects where the real problem lay not with the trainee, but with his own overly confident attitude, which was not backed up by actions. That said, we truly enjoyed the food and would like to extend our sincere thanks to the trainee hostess for her excellent service.

J’ai passé un moment exceptionnel chez Sticks’n’Sushi. Tous les serveurs avaient le sourire et étaient à la fois professionnels et chaleureux. On sent qu’ils aiment leur métier et qu’ils sont très bien formés. Chaque détail est pensé pour offrir une expérience inoubliable, des serviettes chaudes servies au début jusqu’à la crème pour les mains disponible dans les toilettes. Nous avons choisi un menu pour deux proposé sur la carte et c’était tout simplement excellent, avec des associations originales et des saveurs parfaitement équilibrées. Le prix en vaut largement la peine.
