Ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié : - la Disponibilité alors que nous n'avons pas réservé (un samedi soir), - un service tres sympathique, le serveur a été de tres bons conseils (on a pris le special 5 plats) - le tout avec une variété de plats super bons sans exceptions, sans tomber dans la lourdeur. I'm surprised this is not more recommended when googling restaurants in Copenhagen. Levi was my best experience of the week, the beef tartar was amazing, the lardo toast too and the pistachio ice cream with olive oil and salt was insane. Special thanks to Jonathan and Katherin who guided us perfectly through the menu and suggested the perfect wine parings.

I can highly recommend the arancini with wagyu. It's more of a bistro vibe so don't be surprised if it is not the all-too-formal classic fine-dining experience.
