We had a lovely dinner this evening. We did the set menu and can highly recommend it. The dishes were beautifully presented, full of flavour and texture, and the ingredients tasted very fresh. We thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to returning. We will specially return for the lamb skewer which sounded amazing! The staff were extremely efficient. Friendly and well organized! I was very impressed with the volume of patrons they handled to the ratio of staff. You can see they’ve been well trained :) The only two tiny notes were: Pickled dish - maybe could have nicer presentation. Just a few pickled things on the plate looked a bit plain compared to the other beautiful dishes. And then dessert - felt it lacked a little, seemed like a lemon meringue tartlet. Would have loved something more bold!

Great food experience, and super service. The set menu is really worth trying - winepairing also was excellent.

Visited in August 2025. We had the "Byens bedste" special menu, which was basically the tasting menu, plus tuna tartare and two glasses of wine. The food was good, but not particularly impressive. From the starters, I really liked the simin and tuna tartare, I didn't like the beans and pickles, and I thought the baba ganoush and hummus were good, but nothing special. The main was also good, grilled mackerel with seasonal veggies and yoghurt sauce. I didn't particularly like the butter rice served with them, but it was in small quantity, so it was fine. The desert was delicious, but it was mostly a lemon pie and I'm not sure where the middle eastern influence was there - I for one couldn't taste the rose, but I'm not complaining, since I like lemon much more. The place was nice and rather spacious, there was space to move between the tables. The wines we tried were good. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there were some challenges with fitting the dishes on the table. Since the dishes are part of a standard set menu, perhaps some thought can go into improving this, for example by changing the serving plates. Overall, I think the visit to Levantin was good value for money, but for me it was far from the best in town. I wouldn't say no to going back, but I'm not likely to suggest it myself.
