This small discreet restaurant, barely noticeable from the outside, has but seven tables, plus six seats at the counter in front of the fully open kitchen. The simple warm wooden decor evokes the Asian background that is being reinterpreted. The servers were quite attentive, quick and efficient. And all the chefs assist in the presentation of almost every course, including Chef/owner Jonathan Tam. I enjoyed both the Dalsgaard + Barsøe Chicken, and the Danish black lobster in three preparations. I'll have to return. 2025 09 05. M1. 250.

Really fun and cool experience, such a sleek and vibrant restaurant with excellent service. We loved certain parts of the menu but overall was a great meal. Our favorites were the lobster croquette and the buckwheat noodles in tomato juice with chili oil and served with fresh tomatoes with beef heart wagyu, just something we had never had before and was delicious combo of flavors. A little expensive but a fun experience nonetheless.
