Masser af mad for pengene, og maden er rigtig god. Vi fik ‘forhandlet’ os til at menuen blev vegetarisk/pescetarisk, men det var ikke let og de virkede ikke glade for det. Desværre ret dårlig og larmende akustik.

An excellent Chinese restaurant serving a small range of favourite dishes well cooked to authentic recipes. The dim sum is steamed to order (15 minutes wait) and the Sweet & Sour is made in the wok without the Hong Kong-style crispy coating (the menu separates main dishes by how cooked e.g. Steamed, Fried, Wok). Service is efficient & charming. Portions are enough but no more. Not cheap, but authentic Cantonese cooking to enjoy as a treat. I forgot my hat and the owner Joseph went out on the street to find me. When I realised, I called, returned and got it back. No photo of the Beef with Black Bean Sauce as I was so eager to enjoy it I forgot 🤦‍♂️

Jeg tør næsten ikke give Chiba den femstjernede anmeldelse, de fortjener. For når du først har spist her, vil du bare tilbage, og alle andre asiatiske restauranter blegner ved siden af. Og så bliver der rift om pladserne. Chiba beskriver sig som en indo-kinesisk dimsum-restaurant, og maden er outstanding. Betjeningen er super opmærksom, behagelig, effektiv og venlig. Indretningen er elegant og på samme tid hyggelig. Byens bedste restaurant ❤️
