Rock hard (old and reheated) crispy chicken! I show it to the manager and instead of offering to replace it, he says that "the new crispy chicken" is like this and he can't do anything!!! His offer: "you can pay and get a new one but you will get the same"! Sounds like he is prepared to make sure I get another bad burger to prove a point!
