We saved Bistro Verde for our last dinner in Copenhagen, and left feeling disappointed. The food overall was bland, with the exception of the pumpkin soup which was rich and thick. The carbonara was dry and lacked flavor. I’m not a fan of soy based ice cream; the scoop of vanilla on the brownie was sticky and the brownie had little taste. I really wanted to like Bistro, maybe breakfast would be a better choice.,

Was soll ich sagen…wir haben genau das bekommen, was wir bestellt haben: etwas Leichtes für den Sommer. Satt wurde man davon allerdings nicht. Der Couscous war zu trocken, und selbst die Soßen haben nicht geholfen, den runterzukriegen. In einem anderen Kommentar stand, dass der Tofu der beste Tofu sei, den die Person je gegessen hat. Wenn das stimmen sollte, tut mir die Person echt leid, denn die hat anscheinend noch nie richtig guten Tofu gegessen. Potenzial war da, aber für meinen Geschmack war er dann doch zu basic. Die Möhren und Tomaten waren gut, allerdings hatten wir nicht mit so einer Präsentation des Gemüses gerechnet. Der Spinat und die Kartoffeln waren halt da. Kurz gesagt: Man konnte es essen, aber nicht für den Preis. Für knapp 20 € hätte ich mehr erwartet als diesen Teller. Satt geworden sind wir auch nicht und haben uns danach bei Ikea noch vegane Würstchen geholt. Dennoch: Das Personal war superlieb, und auch das Ambiente war richtig toll. Vielleicht lag es auch einfach nur an diesem einen Gericht, da die restlichen Bewertungen ja ziemlich gut sind, aber noch einmal werde ich dort nicht essen.
