just thought i’d come on here and leave a review for starbucks in llanishen but also thought i’d mention one of the staff members, ‘ethan’ from what i’ve noticed they have recently started and just have to say my drinks are always AMAZING!! when they’re made by them. thank you for always making my experience great! and thank you starbucks 😄

Outside tables left uncleared whilst staff inside stand around chatting. Inside tables not much better. Service was very good.

For the fourth time in a row I’ve ordered a large dry cappuccino, blonde, extra shot, hazelnut syrup & extra syrup and for the fourth time straight I’ve been given a cup of coffee flavoured milk. Totally not good, Starbucks is supposed to be great coffee but also a good experience that makes you want to keep coming back. I’m seriously thinking of taking my money to Costa, I spend £200 a week on coffee for myself and my clients.
