Tatianna did an amazing job working hard, managing the tills, making coffee and serving on her own for almost the whole time I was in there today (Monday 9th). There were massive queues and her colleagues were repeatedly out back. She could probably do with an extra pair of hands and a lunch break (or any type of break I didn't see her have one in the four hours I was there).
