The Cardiff staff were excellent. They were clearly busy for the Oasis concert but despite suggesting a wait of over 30 minutes, they they were able to accommodate us almost immediately, providing we were finished in time for a subsequent booking. Quick, attentive service.

Food has been good in the past, but service is awful. Waited ten minutes for a table (when there were only three other tables taken), plenty of staff wandering around having a chat and doing nothing, server looked at us as if we were a nuisance being there. Sat down, waited twenty minutes to be asked about drinks but that never happened. We walked out not ordering a thing, went to The Real Italian Pizza place around the corner near the market, service was infinitely better and food was cheaper.
