One Sullio

Bought a Pan au raisin and a custard slice recently, our two favourite cakes. The custard slice was tasty but the pan au raisin was probably the worst I had tasted. It was so dry that you could believe it was baked the day before and had completely dried out. Disappointing because you expect a bakery to be spot on.

Every parsons I have visited so far have had friendly, lovely staff. Food is nice, they have indoor seating. Cakes, rolls, pasties, vegan sausage rolls, drinks. One of my favourite bakeries 😻
