Food preparation very poor, most items on menu left to dry out leaving no taste. Staff serving food very slow for the amount of persons using cafe. In need of attentive catering manager to better all round service.

The food isn’t actually bad, it’s anything you would expect, nothing more nothing less. The service however it’s just horrible, I get that it’s not a Michelin restaurant but the staff it’s just rude without apparent reason. Apparently 10am it’s too early to order fish and chips according to the lady that took our order. Every time we came the staff makes us feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Where to start… Cold mushrooms barely cooked (hard) Cold sausage Hash browns burnt Only nice thing was the coffee Coke machine broken paid at the self service the staff just DIDN’T care. Used to love breakfast here but never again so disappointed as I was really looking forward to it. 😢
