Consistently miss items off an order, so much so I've resorted to travelling further to another branch that always gets everything right. Just useless *Edit August 25: happy to update things have much improved lately. Haven't had an incorrect order for a while, food good quality and hot, really hope this positive trend continues!

A disappointing visit today. Although it was reasonably busy, there were seats available but when the food did arrive, the Chicken Nuggets were over cooked and very crispy compared to its usual flash in the deep fryer. The chips had been sat a while and all that was served were the small left over ones.
