I booked a table for two for my wife's birthday and it was perfect. The food was delicious, alongside some beautiful live jazz. Our waitress Danika was superb, attentive and kind enough to chat with us about tattoos. She even brought out a birthday desert on the house! It was perfect. Thank you for a memorable evening.

We visited Madison de Beouf for my partner’s birthday and had a lovely evening. The starters were fantastic. For mains, my partner thoroughly enjoyed the steak (and was delighted when they offered extra!). As a vegetarian, I tried the plant based steak with vegetarian sauce. It was pleasant enough, though not something I’d be excited to order again. But the portion of chips were very generous. That said, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff were attentive making the evening even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience, especially for steak lovers!

If you're a single dish restaurant, then you had better be very good at what you do. Maison de Beouf really do serve a very nice steak. It's sliced which seems a little odd, but actually it works well with the secret sauce that is very tasty but contains ingredients staff did not divulge. Talking of staff, everyone was friendly and attentive making conversation and bringing smiles. I like the small touches like writing who ordered what on the table cloth. It's a nice touch in a restaurant that does faux France extremely well. If you want an extensive menu, this isn't for you but if you want the basics done well served with excellent house wine and cocktails, then give it a whirl.
