Very good experience in M&S cafe today. I had ordered toast & avocado, kitchen told me they had ran out of eggs (was towards end of day). Lady gave me a refund and free sandwiches for the disappointment. Excellent customer service! Thank you x

Good selection of food at M&S prices. Food is at the standard you would expect. Service was good and staff were friendly and helpful. However, the state of the floor was filthy with crumbs that had accumulated throughout the day. Not what I was expecting from M&S.
