Every time I come to this shop the staff are rude and have no manners. I was served by Lara today and I won’t be back after her poor customer service, no please no thank you nothing just plain rude with a bad attitude. Also very slow and too busy having a chat with other staff. That’s why you’re stood in the queue for at least 15 minutes each time you go there! Every person I know that uses this shop says the same thing about the staff… They all need training on how to communicate, it’s a shame really as the food is better than most sandwich places but since their refurb it’s gone even more downhill👎👎👎

I cant belive how bad this place has gone down hill, the staff are so rude !! All 3 staff serving and sorting out the deliverios/uber eats drivers.... When the take away que got longer and longer... i was 3rd in the que and was waiting tor 20 minutes to get served ! And all the staff do is tut and eyeball
