I came in here and was blown away by the service of Sammie (I think that was her name). It was a month or so ago, but I had to write a review. I came in with a little girl I look after, who didn’t understand why she had to wait while the sausage rolls were in the oven, Sammie (who was doing something else), attentively noticed this and got one out of the pre packaged packets for her, so it wasn’t too hot either and she could eat it right away. Seeing this kind of care and understanding towards children with special needs really made my day and highlights the wonderful staff they have at Greggs. Thank you for making my day Sammie, and for being a wonderful human.
