It's a really good five guys branch. Pretty quick, good vibe, clean, nice service, and as usual amazing food. Also, perfect for getting the parking validated! We just got a small chips and a small burger to share between two as a snack - £12, so not an everyday thing but it was yummy.

Visited this particular location yesterday with some friends, having visited two previous Five Guys restaurants in the past. On first impressions the place (the restaurant itself but also the shopping centre more broadly) was dead quiet, there was one family eating and that was it. The usual overly loud music of most Five Guys locations was missing from this one, which I was very glad about because I could actually hear myself think. The gentleman who took our order was quick and professional, zero complaints there. There appeared to be three members of staff working, which seemed ample for this location’s footfall on this particular occasion, our food did take a short while to cook but I believe this was due to low footfall and because they cook everything fresh, we were in no rush so again, no complaints here. The food itself was up to the usual Five Guys standard, which is excellent. Specifically I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a little fries, which is my usual order and was at least up to par, if not better than my previous experiences at Five Guys, so props to the staff at this location! It does seem a shame that at least on this occasion but from reading other reviews, quite often, this restaurant appears to be rather quiet, I think the Red Dragon Centre broadly is rather quiet, perhaps overshadowed by the likes of St. David’s in the centre. However, if you’re in the Cardiff Bay area and want a quick but quality bite to eat, I’d definitely recommend this Five Guys location.

The burgers are very good here. However, the place is quite expensive compared to other fast food burger places.
