We chose Don Don YATAI to celebrate our daughter birthday. The food was amazing, all freshly made to order and very tasty. We tried all the nigiri and uramaki. The service was brilliant and very friendly. Easy parking.

Homey atmosphere, cordial hosts, amazing food, highly recommended the grilled salmon sushi and the clams in sake. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re in Cardiff and are looking for some homemade Japanese food.

We love Japan so couldn't resist eating here while we stayed nearby. We were not disappointed. Delicious food at a reasonable price. Friendly and welcoming, we hope to return soon.
