Hello, I went there with my kids for a birthday. The place is in Cathays, Cardiff – quite a student area, with a bit of rubbish on the streets. At the start there was already an unpleasant surprise: when ordering from the table through the app, they add an extra transaction fee. We ordered a few of their signature shakes. I have to say, they were nicely presented and quite tasty, all topped with plenty of caramel. However, after a while we all agreed that the initial excitement faded – it was simply too much sugar for everyone. Overall, it was okay, but I think there are better and healthier alternatives in the city.

Really lovely service and helpful friendly staff who helped us with vegan options. I loved the variety of vegan sorbets too!! Especially the chocolate and passion fruit sorbet.
