Had lunch here recently and I was genuinely impressed. The place has a classic feel, almost old-school in its charm, and the staff were super attentive without being overbearing. I went for the crispy aromatic duck to start, and it was spot on, perfectly tender with just the right amount of crisp. For mains, I had the sizzling beef in black bean sauce which came out piping hot and full of flavour, and my friend ordered the sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style, which tasted fresh and not overly sweet like in some other places. Portions were generous, everything was served quickly, and the quality definitely matched the price. Even the egg fried rice felt like it had been made with care, not just thrown together. I’ll happily be back, probably with a bigger group so we can try even more dishes next time.
